Is grain free the way to go?

“Healthy whole grains” is a flawed recommendation given the advent of frankenwheat (wheat is found in bread, cereals, pasta, baked goods, dressings and condiments).

What happens to our body when we wheat (white, whole wheat, pasta and corn starch)

  • Carbs convert to sugar
  • Blood sugar and insulin skyrockets, our bodies can’t handle the spike
  • Carbs and sugar turn into fat and it is stored in our gut, hips and organs
  • Creates irritation, inflammation and can effect our kidneys, liver and heart
  • Ailments include: IBS, autoimmune diseases, acid reflux, heartburn, appetite stimulation, mind fog and obesity
